Hello everyone!!
I am currently working on brochures and I would like to know if it is possible to determine the number of words that can be inserted into a predefined text area (using a basic font size of 12 for example...).
I hope I am clear enough :) !!
Thank you in advance for your responses!!!

Hello,
Dropdown menu--->Window----->Information.
Then, with the text tool, you select the relevant block and the number of characters will be displayed. If there are multiple blocks, you'll need to add them up.

on Windows, but on Mac there is no info window in InDesign.
How should I proceed?
Thank you
You're doing it the way I mentioned above... ;)
In the Window menu, you'll find "Information."
You select your text and you'll see the number of characters, words, paragraphs...
I'm on Mac. And whether it's on Mac or PC, it's the same.
