Hello,
I have a slight issue, since this morning, I am connected to the internet, but I can't access any web page. After running a diagnostic, I see this message: "The device or remote resource is not accepting the connection," whether it's Internet Explorer or Google Chrome. I looked up how to solve this problem on the site, but after multiple attempts and headaches, I'm still in the same situation. Unfortunately, I'm not a tech expert.
I'm asking for your help, please.
Configuration: Windows 7 / Safari 535.11

Hello,
-Start Internet Explorer
-Go to Tools / Internet Options
-Click on the Connections tab
-Then click on the LAN Settings button
-Uncheck the box for Use a proxy server for your local network.....
-Then check the box for Automatically detect settings
-Confirm and restart Internet Explorer.
