Remove "mbamext.dll" (from malwarebyte's)

Hello,

I would like to remove
in C
in program files
in Malwarebytes (which is uninstalled anyway)
the file mbamext.dll
... which refuses to go away

thank you

(other questions later as my computer is lagging displaying constantly -and interrupting browsing- "acer edata security" which is an Acer file that annoys me and I have trouble removing)

Configuration: Windows Vista / Firefox 3.6.8

    Thank you, however "revo" will look for programs to uninstall... it won't find Malwarebytes since it has already been uninstalled with CCleaner; only this file remains "stuck"...
    For the issues with "Acer Security Management", a more in-depth expertise is also required since its uninstallation poses a threat to the installed system (causing other consequences)...
