Erreur path not found

A chaque fois que je démare ma machine; elle me signale une erreur : RUN-TIME ERROR 76 : PATH NOT FOUND.
Comment faire pour y remédier?
Configuration: Dell optiplex GX110 550Mhz Win 2000

    i have msn fake login ,i d'like know the password of my freind ,so i 'm donload the msn fake for that but he don't work when i clik of signup he say error76 path not found ,what can i do ,plizz ;help me !! i'm waite thx!!
