No dump file on crash 7

Hello,
My name is Tony and this is my first time posting on the site, which has helped me for several years now in finding solutions to my computer problems. So first of all, a big thank you to the community.
I have already posted a message about my problem, but nobody seems to have the solution, so I am writing another one, more precise about my issue.
This time it's different, even when looking hard, I can't find the solution to my concern. Windows Seven crashes. It crashes, and crashes again, and crashes again. I could try to analyze the problem with Bleuscreenwindows, or whocrashed as I have read on various forums, but no Dump files are created during the crashes... Yet I do see the blue screen, but I never manage to note what is written quickly enough. It's very frustrating. I have tried various solutions, such as setting the debug information writing to mini dump or kernel memory dump, choosing to overwrite existing files or not... etc... I really don’t know what’s going on. In "Whocrashed, when I analyze, it says for example:
"Crash dump directory: C:\Windows\Minidump
Crash dumps are enabled on your computer.
No valid crash dumps have been found on your computer"
It's been a few days now that it's becoming really unbearable, like a crash every 30 minutes, an hour on average, whereas before (it started when I installed Seven I think), there was maybe one crash per week, nothing to worry about.
I will try again to note the info from the Blue Screen of Death, but I admit that if any of you have a solution to at least create my Dump files, that would be great!

PS: I completely cleaned my PC of all dust traces yesterday, but nothing has changed, it's still the same... It crashes when I play, when I watch a movie, or even when I'm doing nothing on the PC and it's simply on the desktop, so it can't be overheating. It also crashes randomly when surfing.

ATI 4870 512 MB RAM,
4GB of RAM
Seven 32 Bit Ultimate
Several 500 GB Seagate hard drives
Asus P5Q motherboard

Hello,
To enable debugging information writing:
Start menu > right-click on Computer > Properties > Advanced system settings (on the left) > in the "Startup and Recovery" section, click on "Settings..." > Select "Kernel memory dump" and uncheck "Automatically restart".

Is having 2 operating systems a problem? (Seven and XP, but I haven't used XP for a while)

After a proper reinstallation, I still haven't created any dump files, it's really strange. However, I had plenty of time to note what was written on the Blue Screen:
DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
and the STOP lines: 0x000000D1
(0x00000020, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0x91FAAB54)
netr61.sys - Address 91FAAB54 base at 91F9F000, DateStamp 44ee74a9
That's the important info. I'm going to do my little personal search on the internet to find out what it means, maybe you have a little idea on your side? It seems to be related to a driver, now it's just a matter of figuring out which one, maybe the latest ATI update, which is the most recent one I did.

I updated my Wi-Fi drivers, and everything else on my PC thanks to Toutlesdrivers.com. I don't want to celebrate too early, but for now, everything is working well! I'll see how it goes over time, but in the meantime, thank you for your wise advice and happy New Year!
