Hello,
when trying to connect remotely to a Packard Bell laptop running Windows XP, I get the message: "unable to establish a connection, dialing... attempt 1," I click on "connect" and then the window shows the message "opening port... error 797: a connection could not be established because the modem was not found or is busy!"
However, I am connected on another laptop running Vista Home Premium, also via Wi-Fi, and on the same Freebox Livebox and the same wireless network, with no issues.
Note: Windows recognizes and displays the available wireless network and shows a signal strength of "excellent."
I performed a "repair wireless network connection!" but the problem persists.
When I launch the internet, I get the message "the webpage is not available" and I find myself with "work offline" activated in the tools.
Thank you for your help!
