Bose Soundlink speaker connection issue!

Hello,
I bought a (first) Bose SoundLink Bluetooth speaker at Christmas and it stopped working after about 30 minutes of use => total loss of the Bluetooth signal that is supposed to be emitted by the speaker (I tried with several devices, phones and computers, NOTHING). So I returned it to Fnac where the customer service confirmed that it wasn't working. I was able to get a refund.
A few days later, I went to my usual Bose dealer to ask if he had received any returns for this product => his answer: none. So I decided to buy another one. One day of use and again loss of the Bluetooth signal!! At Fnac, they told me they had already received 4 returns, but I still wonder if it's something to do with me.
That's why I'm messaging, are there people who have this problem, who managed to solve it or who know if it's a manufacturing defect? I am a fan of the brand, I have never been disappointed by the quality and durability of these products, but I'm going crazy!

Hello,
I was given this speaker for Christmas, it worked for the first day but then nothing. My iPhone recognized the speaker, but when trying to connect, I got the following message: check that the speaker is within range and powered on. I tried with several devices, and I had the same problem each time. So I returned to FNAC, where they gave me another one, which worked very well for an hour, either with the computer or with the iPhone, but then nothing. Again, the same error message. I tried pressing mute, I saw all the lights turn on, but when I put it back into pairing mode, the same error message appeared. I'm starting to lose patience! Do you know if Bose has a customer service in France where I can reach them?
