Hello, so I went into Finder and in a tab on the left it said "Shared" and my neighbor's name, how do I cancel all that? I don't even know how it appeared and I don't want to share anything at all, thanks

Hello,
The neighbor's name is needed to connect to his network. You cannot do it without a password. To check if you don't have any active sharing, go to the Apple in the top left corner of your screen, then System Preferences, click on Sharing and uncheck what you want.
If the computers in your sidebar are bothering you, you can remove them from Finder, Preferences, Sidebar and uncheck Connected Servers and Bonjour computers.
