is it always the same IP trying to connect?

Are you sure it's not the IP assigned to you by SFR/Neuf?

If you can prove that this IP, which isn't yours, is attempting to connect, you can file a complaint against X at the Police Station or Gendarmerie.

If you change your password, use a strong password.

Just to clarify, there's a good chance it's someone you know.

just to be sure, let's check the state of your Windows computer:

Open this link and download ZHPDiag:

https://www.zebulon.fr/telechargements/securite/systeme/zhpdiag.html

Save it on your Desktop.

Once the download is complete, double-click on ZHPDiag.exe and follow the instructions.

Don't forget to check the box that creates a shortcut on the Desktop.

Double-click on the ZHPDiag shortcut on your Desktop.

/|\ The tool has created 2 icons: ZHPDiag and ZHPFix.

Click on the magnifying glass to start the scan.

Let the tool work, it may take some time.

Close ZHPDiag at the end of the scan.

To send the report, click on the blue arrow.

Your default browser will open on the page pjjoint.malekal.com (if it was still open, an additional tab will open to this page).

Click on Browse and look for the directory C:\ZHP

Select the file ZHPDiag.txt and click Open.

Click on "Click here to upload the file".

Give me the link that appears in the section "The upload was successful! - The link to share with your correspondents to view the file is:"
