Instead of a GT 440, I suggest switching to an HD 6770 (you can find it for around €80) and it is much more powerful.
(Just make sure your power supply is at least 350W (or 450W if it's a poor brand).

Hello,
Thank you for your response, but please I would like to know if with this GPU I could play fairly recent games and Battlefield 3 without pushing the details to the maximum and with no lag or issues?

Hi,

It's clear that the HD6770 is much more interesting!!!

Yes, but by the way @geekosa, I am in Ivory Coast and the CG currently on the market is the Nvidia Geforce 250, which is very far from my budget and the Geforce 440 2Gb. So I cannot get the ATI 6770, which performs quite well in tests compared to the Nvidia 440 2Gb. But I would like to know if when I buy the Nvidia 440 2Gb, I will still be able to play Battlefield 3 at not too high a resolution and with at least normal details without issues, because that’s what my budget can afford..!! I’m only 16 years old :p

Okay.
I prefer the 1GB though because 2GB of video memory is useless, especially on a card of this price; it won't increase performance.

"Windows 7/XP, Intel Core 2 Duo E7200 @ 2.53 GHz, 4GB RAM,

It's going to be complicated to play recent games at full settings with a Core 2 Duo.

Even with an excellent graphics card.

Thank you for responding so quickly, but it's not about playing recent games at full capacity; I just want to know if I can play them comfortably with the specifications of the graphics card, at least on the minimum details.

Sure. Sorry, I misread that passage^^ What games are you thinking of, for example?

That said, this map isn't really for games...

With your setup, you can run BF3 on minimum settings; you're within the limit because with my Core 2 Duo at 2.13GHz, I can play with my GT 340, so you can play BF3, but don't expect high performance quality.

@prypiat_child by the way, the games Call Of Duty, Burnout, Street Fighter IV, Devil May Cry 4, Crysis .... run well with my ATI Radeon HD 4350 1Gb without lagging and I can even play Battlefield 3 at 800x600 with medium details, so I would like to know if my Nvidia 440 GT 2Gb will do a much better job than the ATI which, in my opinion, does nothing.
And which one between the Nvidia GT 440 2Gb and the ATI Radeon HD 4350 1Gb is the better graphics card?
Thank you

Merci @momo-95150, mais selon toi, avec ma configuration et la Nvidia GT 440 2 Go, à quelle résolution pourrais-je jouer à BattleField 3 et avec les détails réglés en quoi ????
