I formatted my PC, which had Windows XP Media Center 2005, and I'm replacing it with Windows 7, but the problem is that I have no sound on my PC. What should I do?

      To be sure you obtain the full features/customizations provided in your original audio product, please download the latest drivers from your system/motherboard manufacturer's website.
      In other words, make sure to update Windows 7 and anything related to your motherboard first.

      Go first to Control Panel > System > Device Manager to check if you have any exclamation marks, particularly next to the audio controller.
      In principle, Windows should have installed all the drivers during the installation.
