Manual for TECHWOOD Television

Hello everyone

I am reaching out to see if a generous soul can do something for me.

It turns out that my wife bought our granddaughter a TECHWOOD TKD5507 DVX television, the problem is that it was the last model and there was no instruction manual or notice, so we have a problem setting it up.

Since this morning, I have been searching and I can't find the manufacturer's website, a lot of price comparison sites and sales, but as for the manufacturer, nothing at all.

If you could point me to a miraculous address, it would save me a trip to Lourdes, thank you.

Hello everyone

I have solved my problem, if anyone is interested I will photocopy the result for you, but since the manual is printed on very poor recycled paper, it might not be readable!

There is the whole manual to print and at the moment I don't have much time.

Christmas obligations, but I will do my best if someone is interested of course.

Set up my television and the built-in DVD player, and to initialize my set, I would like to install it correctly if possible!

If I understood correctly, you want to switch from your head to DVD mode by pressing the AV1 or DVD button on your remote control, or by inserting your DVD so that it plays directly.

What I want exactly is very simple.

I need a person who owns a TECHWOOD TKD5507 DVX television to either retrieve:

The original manual (either photocopied or purchased).

Or the address of the manufacturer TECHWOOD or their importer in France.

On the seller's side, they either don't know or don't want to provide me with information.

Because we can't seem to set up the television correctly, I have the cable (Noos) and asking for information from Noos is equivalent to paying upfront and receiving any information except the right one, and the technicians, well, the only thing that seems right is the name (they are clowns, at least those I've encountered).

That's why I'm looking for the original instruction manual (installation and adjustment).

Did you buy your television in a store or online?
In either case, try to ask them to send you the manual; it should be provided with the purchase of a product.
(even Kinder surprises come with one!)

My wife just bought the latest television at Cora; they gave her a discount because there was no manual since it was the display model.
As for the salesperson and the department manager, since they gave us a discount, they don't want to deal with it.

Just a reminder, it's a TECHWOOD TKD5507 DVX television with a DVD player.

Also, I want to point out that many of us online are looking for the manufacturer or distributor in France for TECHWOOD products.

You go to a store that carries the same brand and you ask them to make photocopies of your TV manual. That's what I did today for a TNT decoder.
