Activate Office 2010 with Mini KMS Activator

Hello,
I have had Office 2010 activated for a long time using Mini KMS Activator v1.052, and everything was working very well.
Today I checked the remaining usage time, and I only have 5 days left. So I wanted to re-activate Office 2010 for 180 days by following this procedure:
- Click on Install/Uninstall KMService to install the virtual server.
Once the virtual server is installed.
- Click on ACTIVATE OFFICE 2010 VL.
If the window indicates an error, repeat until it confirms that the operation was successful.
However, for the second operation, the window always indicates an error, and I cannot extend my activation for Office 2010.
I tried downloading a newer Mini KMS Activator, but all the links I come across are dead.
Could someone please help me?
