Hello,
I bought Nfs The Run a few days ago, I installed it but when trying to launch the game I receive an error message:
C:\Program Files\Origin Games\Need for Speed The Run.exe is not a valid Win32 application.
I’ve looked into different issues and haven’t found anyone encountering the same problem as me, so I’m asking for your help please :)
Thank you in advance!
Configuration: Windows 7 / Safari 535.2

I have the same problem as you...
Purchased on Fnac GamePlanet under a Win7 64bit.
No solution found for the moment.

Me, the game installs but once installed, when I launch the game, I'm asked to install it again... So it's impossible to start the game.
I'm in the same boat, at home it starts but I can't finish a race without the program crashing. Maybe it's because of the CPU being 2.9 instead of 3.0 GHz. Anyway, if anyone has a solution, please help me out.
Guys, first of all, you need to update the graphics card, and it's better to have an NVIDIA GeForce, but the essential thing is to do the latest update. For those who have an NVIDIA, use this link:
http://www.nvidia.com/Download/Scan.aspx?lang=en-us
It's a great link, it will save you a lot of time because it scans the PC to find the latest update for your graphics card. I play NFS The Run on Windows 7 32 bits, but I'm still trying to get it to run on Windows XP; so far, it's impossible, but I'm still trying. Good luck, guys!

you need to visit the link above to update your graphics card, I forgot to tell you that this link only works on Internet Explorer
first of all, you need to see if your machine can run the game, for that you will need at least this configuration:
Minimum config: Windows Vista or 7, Intel Core 2 Duo 3.0 GHz processor or equivalent AMD, 3 GB of RAM, NVIDIA 8800GT or ATi 4870 512 MB graphics card, 18 GB of disk space
good luck.

To run NFS The Run, you need a power supply unit that costs around 600 euros,
or a graphics card that's powerful enough as per the recommended requirements!
I bought a NVIDIA 8800 and it costs 125.5 euros second-hand, so good luck, but I launch it, the startup window opens and then closes, and nothing happens at all!
Can someone please solve this problem? Thanks!

So, of course, if anyone knows the solution to get this game running??
Thanks, later. Best regards.
Thank you for helping me.
