[NFS Rivals] pg.prec key issue

Hello,
I just bought Need For Speed Rivals and I successfully installed it on my PC! When I launch NFS Rivals, there are no issues, but during the first race (tutorial), I have a little guide to know how to access a race. It tells me to press the pg.up key, which seems to be that key: http://fr.virtualdj.com/image/78724/75686/AAAAAAAAA.jpg
But on my PC, which is a Packard Bell Easy Note LS, I do not have the same key layout; the pg.up key is located on the 9 of the numeric keypad. However, when I press this key (making sure that Num Lock is not locked), nothing happens!!! I tried the pg.up key in a word processing program (Word) and it works perfectly!
That's my problem.
