Breath of the Wild won't launch

Hello,
I bought a second-hand Wii U (everything works, tested with different games at the seller's).
I then bought Breath of the Wild, disc in good condition, recognized by the console. When I start the game, the console requests an update. This starts but doesn't finish. Depending on the user selected, for this same operation, I end up with one of the two error codes: 162-4064 or 157-1116.
Does anyone have a clue or a solution to solve my problem?
