Leboncoin did not validate my ad

Hello, I have a problem with leboncoin. I post ads every day and now leboncoin no longer validates my ads. I tried changing my email address (3 attempts with different addresses), switching from tablet to computer, but nothing works. I sent them an email but they haven't replied either.
I don't know what to do anymore.
For my dad and sister, it works without any issues.
Do you have any idea what might be happening?

I've been doing it for 2 years because it's for a family mobile home rental and I always delete my ad beforehand. In my dashboard, I no longer have any ads, and even though I've changed accounts, it still doesn't work.

I already tried to post an ad for a child's toy but I didn't receive the validation email either.
