Issue with posting ads on leboncoin

Hello,

I'm contacting you because I don't know what to do anymore; I can't post ads on LEBONCOIN. Customer service mentioned possible issues with good connections or something else, but I don't understand anything about computers.

I've changed my email address three times to post my ads.

I follow the guidelines by not including the word 'sale' in the title and always providing a valid phone number + valid photos.

I haven't received any link to validate my ad.

This has been going on for a month; could you please assist me?

Having posted ads for years, I don't understand why this isn't working.

      I deleted cookies and temporary files as you recommended, and nothing has changed.
      I did it from both Firefox and Microsoft Edge.
      Nothing works.

        Hello, have you finally found a workaround? I have the same issue, I've tried absolutely everything! Different browsers, different machines, different email addresses, and also from the LBC app... It's absolutely unbelievable...

        Unfortunately, no workaround: 3 changes of browser, creation of 2 email addresses. Quite comfortable with computers, no logical or rational solution from my computer. I submitted it on a friend's computer who had a Bon Coin "account". No problem. Ad validated in 15 minutes.
