Bypass network restrictions

Hello,
I am currently connecting to a public network (which is "sfr wifi public"), I can connect and surf the web, but the problem is that I understand that public networks can lead to restrictions (like games on Facebook for example, or Bazoocam, and also libre-en-cam where we can be 9 friends on webcams). Anyway, I saw on Google that you can bypass these restrictions using a VPN, but I don’t quite understand how to do this... Can you use a VPN on just one computer? If so, could you please explain to me in detail how to do it? It would help me a lot to bypass these restrictions, as I have no means of connecting anywhere else but on a public network, thanks in advance!

    Hi,
I saw on Google that we could bypass these restrictions using a VPN, but I don't understand at all how to do it...
Yes, but it also depends on the restrictions.
There are many free or paid VPNs available.
In your case, you might only be able to use an SSL VPN.
Can you use a VPN on just one computer?
    Yes,
that’s what we call "road warriors" in VPN clients.

I often recommend this one, very easy to use
    and ... Voila Voilou Voila!

Hello, thanks for your reply. I tried peer2me, but there's a problem. I created my account, I have the software, but I can't connect, error 628... If you can help me, that would be nice. Thanks again for your quick response!

It may be that in your case you can only use an SSL VPN.
      There you go.
I think the SFR WiFi proxy does not allow connecting an IPSec VPN.
      To be confirmed.
In that case, you need to choose an SSL VPN configured on port 443.
