Tracert: Unable to reach the destination network.

Hello,

Two days ago, I was quietly playing an online game when I got disconnected from the server. I can no longer access it now.
I contacted the game's support, and they gave me 14 procedures to follow, all done, no results ...

Until the support asked me to do a trace route, I did it and ... result:
I typed the command: tracert easo.ea.com
And I got: reports: unable to reach the destination network.

Route determined.

I really need your help.
