Hello,
Hello
There is a printer at work that is shared on the network. I connected to the network to access this printer. I am using Windows 7, so I went to "Add a printer," and I was able to see the list of all the printers on the network. I selected my printer and clicked "Next." Then I received a message asking me to click Next to install the drivers from the machine where the printer is located. However, during the installation of the drivers, I receive the following error message:
I am using Windows 7 on my desktop computer, I have the installation CD for the printer drivers, but I must connect the printer to my computer to install the drivers, and I cannot unplug the printer since my colleagues are working on it.
The machine that has the printer is using Windows XP. I also noticed that the ntPrint.exe file does not exist on XP, but only on Seven. So, I copied this file and pasted it into the system32 folder of XP. But I still get the same message.
Thank you in advance
Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 4.0.1
