Freebox: This video is not supported

Hello,

For the past few weeks, my Freebox has been acting up, and so have I...
ALL the videos on the Freebox Server hard drive that I try to play suddenly stop with the message: "This video is not supported."

It’s starting to get annoying.
I can’t watch a movie... It cuts out in the middle!
Is anyone else having this problem?
Does anyone have a solution???

I’ve already rebooted my box without success.
It seems even worse, I think...

Well, if anyone has an idea, I’m all ears...

Configuration: Windows 7 / Google Chrome

    I encountered the same problem.
ten minutes with a friendly advisor, just enough time to learn that you need to reset BOTH the TV box as well as the Internet/Phone box.

    Steps to follow:
--> Unplug the 12V power supply from the INTERNET/PHONE box, wait 1 minute, then plug it back in
, once the time is displayed, do the same for the TV box.

For the proper functioning of your Freebox, it is recommended to perform this operation once a week.

I have the same problem with the Freebox Revolution, and I found how to solve it.
When you schedule a recording, go to "advanced options", then to "Video Quality" and set it to normal instead of automatic.
It works for me, I hope it will be the same for you.

Hello, I have the same issue. I have unplugged the wires, waited 1 minute, and it hasn't changed the problem. It's impossible to watch a recording without it saying the video is not supported.
