"This video is not supported"

Hello,

After activating fast playback (to the end of the file), I can no longer read the corresponding recording, the error message being "this video is not supported." I can view the other recordings. And I can view the problematic files on my computer.
I have a Freebox v6.
I have obviously rebooted everything with no effect.
Help,

    Is your Server box up to date with the Firmware?
    The latest version is 2.1.1
    Please let us know afterwards.
