EBP bank statement import

Hello,

I have EBP COMPTA RPO V14. I can’t complete the bank statement import procedure (tools/imports/paramétrables/...). At the end of the procedure I get an error message "Incorrect account number" (syntax, ...). Whatever I put, I get this error message. Do you know how to import bank statements?
