    so if I understood correctly you want your PC to be like it just came out of the factory.

    If so, back up your files and download Active Kill Disk from this link
    https://forums.commentcamarche.net/forum/affich-37636608-formater-avec-killdisk
    and let the computer do its thing
    then once it's done you reinstall an OS

      Well your photos, your stuff like that, your documents go on a USB stick or external HDD.

    Il faudrait mettre Windows sur une clé USB et booter sur la clé pour l'installation, mais là je ne m'y connais pas trop. Regarde sur internet comment mettre Windows sur une clé USB.
