I suppose that if you receive emails from this site, it's because you subscribed to it at some point. Open one of their messages and unsubscribe (there's always an option at the end of the messages). You should be fine. If you mark them as spam, it won't stop you from receiving them...

You do not specify whether these advertisements are emails that you receive in your inbox or "pop-up" messages that appear when you visit certain web pages. If it's a serious site, you can ask them to unsubscribe you from their database (to stop receiving emails). If these are unsolicited and unwanted messages (spam), then configure your email by adding the domain name @medisite.fr (or the sender's domain of the spam) to the blocked list! Here is the charter stated on the Medisite.fr site: "Data privacy: Medisite.fr respects the privacy of its users. The collection of personal data and its use via the website medisite.fr complies with the provisions of the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978. Medisite.fr collects personal data through electronic forms that users are invited to complete when subscribing to newsletters, requesting information, participating in surveys, quizzes, tests, or when using a service offered via the website. The personal information of Medisite.fr visitors is confidential. No individual or personal information is disclosed to third parties by Medisite.fr. Medisite.fr commits to never share the emails collected during newsletter subscriptions with third parties for commercial purposes. Medisite.fr also agrees not to send partner offers to newsletter subscribers without their prior and voluntary consent at the time of their registration (checkbox). When a user provides personal information, Medisite systematically informs them of the use of their data. They can exercise their right to rectify or delete all or part of the information at any time by sending a written, dated, and signed request to Medisite (18, villa Saint-Michel – 75018 Paris). They can also use the unsubscribe link at the end of each newsletter."
