I would like to know how to hail a taxi in GTA 4 on PC.

    Hello. You press the corresponding button (to be set in the settings) when you walk down the street and a taxi passes by. By default, I can't remember the key but it should be F or E...
    If there is no taxi next to you, Nico will not whistle.
