Laptop Toshiba keyboard not responding

Hello,
For the past two days, my keyboard has been unresponsive on Windows, let me explain;
When I turn on the PC, it offers me the option to start normally or in safe mode, the keyboard works, but once I'm on Windows, it stops working, the num lock key doesn't turn off either. I've tried both startup modes 'normal or safe mode' but nothing helps,
The drivers are up to date according to Windows. Could I have accidentally done something to the keyboard that would have blocked it? My son often messes with the keyboard, by the way.
However, I know how to use the built-in mouse and the on-screen keyboard,
My PC is a Toshiba Satellite L550-13K. (laptop)

Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 9.0

    You tried to do this:

    remove the charger from your laptop
    remove the battery from your laptop and wait for 10 minutes
    put the battery back
    press and hold the power button for 20 seconds
