Bonjour,

Va dans ajout et suppression, désinstalle tout ce qui concerne l'imprimante HP.

Redémarre le pc, lance --> CCleaner pour un nettoyage dans windows, application et régistre.

Pour CCleaner, vois ce --> tuto

Réinstalle l'imprimante avec ce --> pilote

J'ai suivi tes conseils. au moment de l'installation le message suivant apparait: le système ne peut pas accéder au fichier. Que faire ?

Ton windows est-il à jour ?

Oui mes dernières mises à jour datent d'hier.
Pour info la dernière fois où j'avais eu des soucis j'avais réinstallé avec mon CD

OK, donc refais de nouveau la procédure:

Va dans ajout et suppression, désinstalle tout ce qui concerne l'imprimante HP.

Redémarre le pc, lance --> CCleaner pour un nettoyage dans windows, application et régistre.

Avant de lancer l'installation avec le CD, déconnecte le câble de l'imprimante du pc et connecte-le dès que la demande te sera faite.

et on continue...
Le CD ne se lançant pas tout seul... avec des deux fichiers suivant Setupdrv.msi et Setupsw.msi je n'obtiens que : préparation de l'installation puis plus rien... avec Setup.exe lerreur suivante apparait:1: 2803 2:SetupError 3: 4: 5: 6:

As-tu un fichier autorun ?

OUI autorun.inf

Fais clic droit et choisis installer.

Non jusqu'à présent je n'ai jamais eu ce type de problème.

OK, télécharge et installe -> windows installr cleanup

Ensuite, va dans démarrer, tous les programmes et lance windows installer cleanup.

Coche un à la fois tout ce qui concerne l'imprimante et remove.

Redémarre le pc, lance CCleaner pour un nettoyage et réinstalle l'imprimante avec le pilote que tu as téléchargé.

Même effet...
Maintenant lorsque je lance l'installation une fenetre s'ouvre et m'indique que le logiciel a déjà été installé correctement. sélectionner une des actions suivante : désinstallation ou ajout d'un périphérique mais je n'ai pas la main pour ajouter et si je désinstalle le message suivant réapparait 1:2803 2:Setup...

Commence par installer --> ceci et suis les instructions.

Par la suite, essaie de nouveau d'installer l'imprimante.

Aucun changement...

Fais une vérification des fichiers système:

Va dans démarrer, exécuter, tape: cmd et OK.

Tape: sfc /scannow et enter.

J'ai effectué sfc /scannow mais après une évolution normale à l'aide de mon cd TARGA en fin , il m'a été demandé le CD 2 que bien entendu je ne possède pas puisque le seul CD que je possède est celui remis par TARGA lors de l'achat de mon PC...
