Hello,
I just restarted my iPhone (jailbreak) but for the past 3 hours it has not turned on and remains stuck on the Apple logo with the little loading icon.. It also vibrates every 30 seconds and sometimes less often.
I tried to restore it with iTunes, but once the time is up, during the
synchronization, there's a message: "iTunes could not back up the iPhone because an error occurred" followed by this one: "iTunes could not sync information with the iPhone. Unable to establish a connection with it."
I hope someone can help me, I'm almost in panic =S!
Thank you in advance..
Configuration: Windows 7 / Safari 534.30

Here is the solution :
Iphone off, connected via USB, itunes running. (when you connect your iphone via USB it will turn on so immediately press the home and power buttons at the same time to turn it off.
once your iphone is off and connected via USB you need to enter DFU mode:
-press home for 5 seconds
-While still holding home, press power: 10 seconds
-While still holding home, release power and hold home for 30 seconds
Itunes responds and detects an iphone in recovery mode, confirm, and the iphone will be restored.
Then no more problems.
thanks to those who looked into my issue.
I’m just copying and pasting.
This is the same principle as for an iphone 3gs
if you want to see the person who wrote it, it's ludo_84
