MP3 loading issue

Hello, I wanted to ask for help because I bought an MP3 player last week, an iDream MP3/WMA Duo with 2 GB, but it doesn't work. My computer recognizes it as a new device, I can transfer songs onto it but I can't charge it. When I connect it to my PC, the screen of the MP3 player shows a charging indicator, which lasts indefinitely. I even left it for several hours and when I unplug it, it shows low battery and turns off. The CD that came with it doesn't work on my PC; files open but I can't install them.

Does it charge via USB?
I know that some USB-charged models have a small slider to switch to charging mode...

I have the same problem... my MP3 won't charge anymore even though it has no battery left...

Hello everyone, I had the same problem, I bought an i dream 2GB mp4 (black and orange) and I knew how to do everything with it, except that I didn't know how to charge the battery, but I found out!! You plug the cable into your computer, then you plug the other end of the cable into your player, and if it doesn't charge, you need to press the "power off / power on" button on the side of the device. And your device will charge!!! Let me know, ciaoooo

It's me again, first press the "play/pause" button, then the "turn on/off" button. And you should normally see your gauge recharging. Let me know what happens, ciaooo.

Hello, you are absolutely right, I was wondering the same thing and like you, I tried everything and anything and I found it! Press the power button to turn it off/on, it only charges when the charger light is red. Good luck!

Hi, I got a digital MP3/4 player, after charging it the screen shows a hourglass and it blinks, and after a while it turns off, please help me, thank you.

Hi,
I have a DIGITAL MP4 PLAYER and it was working very well until one morning it stopped, and since then it has been giving me a hard time. When I plug it into the computer, a hourglass appears and keeps blinking endlessly. Sometimes the screen shows "connect" and when I press the menu to choose, it turns off and the hourglass reappears. Please help me if you know what to do because it had become my beloved little treasure.
