Gigaset A400 with Freebox Revolution?

Hello,

My Gigaset A400 phone (single handset) has an Ethernet port.
The "phone" input of my Freebox Revolution is a female RJ11 socket.

How can I connect it then? Are there any adapters available?

I understood that it might not even need to be connected, but how do I activate the DECT?

    Hello, I have a Gigaset A400 and I just received my Freebox Revolution.
    There is no need to connect the cable between the handset and the Freebox, as it acts as a DECT base. You just need to connect the power supply to the Gigaset base and that's it!!!

    Here’s how to proceed: on the Freebox, enter the menu (press the ok button on the front), -> telephony and select "DECT PIN" and note the 4-digit code that appears. Then return to the telephony menu -> registration and select "open".

    On the A400 handset, go to the menu -> settings -> handset -> register handset/ Enter the PIN code provided by the Freebox and the pairing is complete.

    Long live DECT and congratulations to the Free teams for this truly revolutionary box!!!

      On my 400 handset, after tapping on: register handset, I can't proceed to save the PIN code.

      Wow, it's my virtual Eva from Free responding!!

      Well, Eva, if you're reading my message correctly, you'll see that the "connectivity kit" isn't going to help me much. What comes out of my phone is a male Ethernet plug.

      Where do I plug it in?

    Thank you Lolo 82 for this explanation. In fact, I bought the right cable, and it worked.

    But since then, I have changed providers; I couldn't stop getting frustrated with Free. The box is nice, but the customer service is harsh. Long live the small ones.
