Certains sites ne s'ouvrent pas

bonjour
le Pc d'une amie n'arrive pas à ouvrir certains sites, comme par ex les webmails.
j'ai fait toute la maintenance possible, passé tous les paramêtres auto en manuel (DHCP viré, adresse ip fixe, dns verifiés).
rien n'y fait.
je n'arrive même pas à isoler le problème: club-internetbox ou pc.
le problème est le même avec IE ou firefox.
msn ne fonctionne pas non plus (mais ça je pense que c'est un autre problème, gaim marche).
le ftp est extrêmement lent.
beaucoup de post parle de ce genre de problème, mais je n'ai pas vu de solution.
