Hello,
For the past 24 hours, when I select the Gulli channel, the message "you do not have the rights to access this program" appears on the screen, just like for pay channels. I would like to clarify that we have switched to digital, and we receive TV via satellite. Can someone help me understand? It's a disaster for my children...

Hello,
if it's an Optex, a Balmet, a Neovia, an Elap, or a Tonna, you need to perform a manual update:
Proceed to update your terminal by following the procedure below:
1) Press MENU, select the INSTALLATION menu and software update.
2) Select transponder 12604 from the list of TP and press the OK button.
3) Press the F1 button, and as soon as the terminal indicates that new software has been detected, press the OK button.
The terminal will restart, please wait approximately 5 minutes until the terminal turns back on and you will have access to the channel NT1 again.
As indicated on the website of these manufacturers.

Hello, after reading the terms of use of the tntsat service it seems that it is the decoding card that needs to be renewed, on the tntsat website they say 4 years but mine is only 2 years old I will go see my dealer tomorrow evening!

Hello everyone!
Through another forum, we found the solution to our problem. For a TNTsat reception via the Astra 1 satellite and an Optex receiver, just go to the installation menu and perform an update of transponder 12604/22000H: the operation takes a few minutes during which the receiver reboots and resets the programs. This method seems to work with receivers from other brands (testimony from Elap). Apparently, the problem is known and very common in recent days. It has nothing to do with the decoding card (ours is only 2 years old as well), it seems rather from the other forum that tests by canalsat and orange are to blame: to be confirmed...
Thanks anyway for your contribution.
