Old movie on Gulli

Hello,
I am looking for an older movie that I believe aired on the Gulli channel and that really left an impression on me, but I can't remember the title.
The story is about a little girl who gets "kidnapped" by a close relative, her aunt I think, while she could go live with her grandmother. (She has lost her parents).
So she writes a letter that she releases into nature with a balloon to ask for help, and some kids find this letter and try to rescue her. In the end, she goes to live with her grandmother.
