Disable lock code e71 Nokia

Hello, I have been in possession of a Nokia E71 for a year now, which works very well. For privacy reasons regarding my friends and family, I activated what they call the "lock code" on this phone. This code allows the phone to lock with a code after 1 to 20 minutes, depending on the user's choice. To disable this code, you simply need to select "none" in the part where you choose the lock time instead of setting the time yourself. The problem is that when I select "none," my Nokia displays an error message saying "unable to unlock the phone." Do you have a solution for this, please? I want to emphasize that this is not a stolen phone since I have access to it, but the fact that I have to enter a code every time my phone has been inactive for more than 20 minutes is starting to annoy me.

In fact, you record all your contacts, photos, music, and SMS via OVI suite on PC (do not record the given parameter) and you perform a hard reset, and thanks to the backup you made, you restore it on your phone and it's as it was before without the lock code.

It no longer wants to connect to the computer and it greets me, but it says "forgotten lock code, please try again in 5 minutes." What should I do?

Hello, I have exactly the same issue, namely that when I turn on the phone, after entering my PIN code, it automatically takes me to the lock code screen and even if I enter 12345, it says incorrect code or please try again in 5 minutes. WHAT CAN I DO PLEASE?

My E75 won't connect to the computer anymore, and when I turn it on, it asks for a lock code. Even when I type 12345, it says the code is incorrect or to please try again in 5 minutes. What should I do?

I have the same problem, I even reset my phone and it doesn't change anything.
