Hello,

My computer turns off after a minute when I connect my HDMI port to my TV. However, I can see my computer screen displayed on my TV.. So that's normal, but I don't know why it turns off by itself..

Thank you for your help....

    Hum...

    Are you on Windows 7?

If so, the issue may be that you have redirected your video output entirely to the external monitor, and not duplicated it.

Basically, press the Windows key and P at the same time.
    Then click on duplicate.

    Best regards,

Yes, I am on Windows 7 and I have already duplicated the screen but it doesn't work...
I really don't know where it comes from because I do know a little bit about it anyway...

If you have another idea, I'm all ears LOL.

      Thank you
      Best regards.

You might need to change the frequency as well as the resolution of your screen.
I still don't think it's coming from your screensaver...

No, it's definitely not coming from my screensaver, that's for sure because I don't have one...

And it's not the screen resolution either, I've already tried to change it...

I don't know what to do...

The refresh rate? 75 hertz or something else?
I thought I had already seen this issue on a forum...

      Anyway, good luck ^^'
