Hello,
I have a DVD player connected via HDMI to my Philips TV serial number SN1A1017012084 Ref. 46PF/5605H/12. When I play a DVD, either I get a picture but no sound, or nothing at all. I have tried all 3 outputs and get the same result. How can I get the player to work again? Is this a compatibility issue since my player is only 2 years old and it works when I connect it to a loaned Philips TV? Thank you for your help.
Configuration: Windows XP / Safari 534.16
