Hello,
my son accidentally put a password on a Ice Age DVD.
how can I remove it? the reset doesn't work and I don't know that password ?.

Enter the code 136900 to unlock the DVD then you’ll need:
menu setup ____ disk view ____ unlock and there you go!
on this code 136900 and a factory code in case you lose the parental code!
so after that eject the DVD menu setup ___ preferences page ___ password ____ old password 136900___ then new password

thank you but that is not the parental control password I’m looking for, it’s the DVD block by password
apparently with this player you can block 20 DVDs for playback. only to remove it??…. thanks -
