Ajout/suppression programmes, tout a disparu
Bonjour,
Tout à commencer lorsque j'ai voulu ouvrir un fichier Word 2000, le pc me disait d'installer l'application (idem pour PowerPoint, Excel) alors que jusqu'à maintenant cela avait toujours fonctionné.
Après maintes tentatives, j'ai décidé de regarder dans "ajout/suppression de programmes" et là, tout avait disparu sauf le Zone Labs que j'avais installé ce matin même.
J'ai alors décidé de réinstaller mon Office 2000 et maintenant ça fonctionne. Mais quand est-il de mes autres applications? Pourquoi tout à disparu? Est-ce le Zone Labs qui a fait ça? Et si je veux désinstaller maintenant, je fais comment?

ouvre exécuter, tape CMD puis OK
ensuite, t'as une page noir qui s'affiche avec en entête, ta version windows et le copyright microsoft. en dessous c'est marqué C:\document and setting\("non de l'admin" c'est à dire toi); à la suite de ça, tu tape ceci REGSVR32 APPWIZ.CPL .

il faut déja taper cmd puis valider par la touche Entrée
ensuite tu tapes REGSVR32 APPWIZ.CPL et tu valides par la touche Entrée

Lorsque je tape CMD, rien n'apparait à part une petite fenêtre qui me dit :"windows ne trouve pas CMD, peut être avez vous tapé un nom incorrect..."

Mes applications fonctionnent (enfin je crois) mais elles ne se trouvent pas dans ajout et suppression. C'est grave si elles ne se trouvent pas là dedans?

Ben g fait comme tu m'as dit, démarrer => executer => REGSVR32 APPWIZ.CPL.
Mais ça me dit :"APPWIZ.CPL was loaded, but the DllRegisterServer entry point was not found.
APPWIZ.CPL does not appear to be a .DLL or .OCX file."
Voilà, traduction? ! -
Oui je vois Microsoft Office 2000 mais pcq je l'ai réinstallé. Avant cela je ne le voyais pas. Et tout ce que j'ai installé récemment depuis, s'y trouve mais pas mes anciennes applications. (d'ailleurs faut que je vérifie qu'elles fonctionnent toujours).

J'ai le meme pb c'est à dire aucun programme installé sur l'ordi n'est affiché.
J'ai essayé cette solution de"CMD......"ça n'apas marché du tout.

J'ai exactement le même problème, après avoir moi aussi installer zone labs (que j'ai désinstallé 3 minutes plus tard car il bloquait ma connexion internet)!! Mes programmes sont toujours installés mais n'apparaissent pas dans "ajouter ou supprimer des programmes". si quelqu'un a la solution...

J'ai exactement le même pb rien ne s'affiche .. y'a pas un autre moyen de supprimer un programme? je le retrouve nul part en plus :s

Je confirme la cause du problème: Zone Alarm (en l 'occurence la version
7 gratuite) ,par contre je n'ai pas encore trouver de solutions .Lors de l'installation de ZA celui ci s'était arreter à 60% en me disant que je devais avoir les droits administrateur pour qu'il continu (ce qui est assez risible comme remarque lorsque l'on a qu'une seule session, administrative qui plus est.) Je vous tient au courant de mes recherches. -

Bien voilà la solution est simple:faire une restauration systeme avant l'installation de zone alarm,et tous les programmes réapparaissent dans ajout/suppression de programmes.En esperant que vous vous en soyez rendu compte rapidement ,sinon cette solution aura plus d'inconvénients,que d'avantages,en rappelant bien sûr que la restauration du systeme à une date antérieure ,supprime les logiciels (ou du moins les altères) que vous aurez installés après la date choisi.
EN esperant avoir apporter un peu d'aide à ce problème. -
héhé j'en ai encore une siiiimple et ça marche a 100% pas la peine de réstauré ni de réparé le systéme et ... et ...

Bonjour , j'ai le même problème. Plus rien (ou plus grand chose) n'apparaît dans '' Ajout et suppression de programme ''. J'ai fait la manoeuvre proposée par cmd puis REGSVR32 APPWIZ.CPL , mais il est indiqué que LoadLibrary (""."") a échoué- Accès refusé. Que faire à présent ? Merci pour votre aide !
