Probleme réinstaler pilote ATI radeon 3100

Bonjour, mon petit frère à désinstaller involontairement le pilote d'ATI ( ATI radeon 3100 graphics) et je n'arrive pas à le remettre ça m'affiche différent message suivant avec quel jeu qui à besoin de carte graphique j'utilise je vais vous mettre quelque exemple:

Quand je lance CSS il y à un chargement et il se ferme

et quand je lance Catalyst Control Center : il m'arrive d'avoir une erreur afficher(si nécessaire je la noterais)
