How to install SAMSAT HD 70 decoder

Hello,

I bought a Samsat HD 70 demo but the user manual is written in English, so I couldn't install it correctly; would you be kind enough to explain it to me? Thank you

Configuration: Windows XP / Firefox 3.6.16

Hi

Umm, you connect your satellite cable (coaxial antenna cable) to the receiver and the receiver to your TV either via the SCART or an HDMI cable.

For positioning the satellite dish, you need to orient it towards the satellite that broadcasts the channels you wish to receive.

If you need help with your satellite dish, get in touch with an antenna technician.

Do you have a tutorial that explains this in detail? I have 3 dishes: one pointed at Astra/Hotbird, the other at Nilesat, and finally the last one at AB3. Which cable from which satellite should I connect to the receiver? Thank you.

Il va falloir que tu choisisses l'une des trois paraboles étant donné que tu n'as qu'une seule entrée coax. Tu ne peux pas brancher les trois paraboles sur le même démodulateur.

Hello,

But how can I get all the channels from the 3 satellites; also, the cables from my 3 satellites are connected via a 4-input Diseqc.

In that case, you connect the output coax of your DiSEqC to the coax input of your decoder.

I tried it this way but it doesn't work, there's no signal; however, when I connect (since I have two coax inputs on my demo) the cable from one of the satellites, it works but only for the channels of that satellite.
