Hello,
I bought a LISTO optical mouse and the problem is that my laptop recognized it well but I can't get the cursor to work.
Any solutions??
Thanks

Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 8.0

Yes, and nothing happens. I even uninstalled the root USB drivers.
When I reinstall, my mouse is detected and works for a fraction of a second before freezing.

Hello...

Did you press the "connect" buttons on the transmitter and the mouse?
Best regards,
See you later

Try it on another machine, if you can...
The button is often tiny, but not mandatory, it's true...

Go to the control panel, then mouse, right-click on it if it’s there, and update the drivers...
Do you have an installation CD with you?

Well, try to find the drivers online (www.touslesdrivers.com)..
Are your USB ports 2.0?

If you plug in a device, doesn't it say "this hardware might work faster..."?
Otherwise, check in system...--
