Hello,
Under Windows Vista, there was no problem printing double-sided with the P1005: after printing one side, a window opens explaining what to do; printing resumes when clicking the "Continue" button.
Under Windows 7, this window asks me to PUSH a "Go" or "OK" button on the printer, a button that does not exist (only an ON/OFF switch)! In the window, there is only one option: "Close". What to do?
Thank you for any advice or solution, other than buying a new printer or going back to Vista.

Have you tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the driver?

Thank you for the info, but in my case I don't have a backdoor, and under Vista I can print double-sided without any problem. It's under Windows 7 that there's an issue: the computer prints the backs and then I have to manually reload those pages into the tray for the fronts to print. Under Vista, you click on "continue," but under Win 7, it says "press the go button on the printer to resume the process," a button that doesn't exist on the printer, and there's no way to continue otherwise.
