Search for channels on a Grandin TV

Hello,

I just bought a Grandin TV and I'm unable to get any channels. Indeed, when the automatic channel search is finished, the screen displays "no channels found." What should I do?

Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 7.0

check that the antenna is properly connected to the correct socket on the TV
previously, how did you receive TV: roof antenna, indoor antenna?
if it's an indoor antenna, then it's normal because these antennas are ineffective for receiving digital terrestrial television; you need a roof antenna installed by a professional (see the CSA website for approved professionals) or by a skilled DIYer;
don't hesitate to change the TV cable that connects the TV to the antenna if it's an outdoor antenna
