Prb avec spyfalcon

j'ai un prb :j'ai spyfalcon qui s'est installer sur mon ordi sans que je le fasse moi meme. Et en plus je n'arrive pas a le désinstaller.
J'ai pu voir sur sur "info du net .com " il y en avait qui avait le meme prb mais je n'arrive pas a le resoudre.merci

    (Démarrer->Poste de travail->Outils->Options des dossiers...->Affichage
    "Afficher les fichiers et dossiers cachés" ->coché
    "Masquer les extensions des fichiers dont le type est connu" ->décoché
    "Masquer les fichiers protégés du système d'exploitation" ->décoché)
    ensuite poser votre log

      tu le decompresse tu double clik dessus sur smitfraudfix.cmd et tu choisi l option 1
      cela vas generer un rapport donne nous le

      relance le et choisi cette fois l option 2 et repond oui a tous
      redemarre et donne le nouveau rapport

            desinstal un anti virus via le menu demarrer tous les prog et cherche l anti virus il doit avoir sont uninstal

              EN FAIT LE PB S C KIL N4EST PAS DANS AJOUT/SUP. UN PROGRAMME DANS DEMARRER je netrouve pas comment le faire et quand je veux supprimer les fichier j'ai un message qui me dit que le fichier ne peut etre supprimer comme il estdeja utiliser alor je stop analyse de bit defender mais il veux tjs pas le supprimer.

            quand tu clik sur demarrer/tous les programmes et dans la liste cherche bit defender si c est celui la que tu veut desinstal
            et la tu devrait voir sont desinstaleur

              il n'apparait pas dans" demarrer tous les programme" il apparait seulement quand je fait un clic droit sur un fichier .il me propose l'analyse avec bit defender.et il a aussi des dossir dans C:/

            ensuite un nettoyage registre s impose

            pour le nettoyage registre tu le fait en mode normal avec ceci et apres avoir suppr le dossier

            la tu le lance tu click sur outil registre/outil/nettoyage de registre/continuer /demarrer
            la tu le laisse faire c est un peu long
            quand il a finit
            tu selectionne les rond vert par paquet de 20 ou 30
            une fois que tu les a selectionner tu click sur supprimer en bas a droite
            et tu continue jusqu a qu il ne reste plus de rond vert
