Hello,

Hello
I am currently writing my thesis, I have a Packard Bell computer with Windows 7 and Word 2010. It's a new computer. I can't find the references tab to insert footnotes. Thank you for your help.

Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 8.0

    Good evening,
You need to go to file, options, customize the ribbon and check the references tab on the right if it has been unchecked by mistake.
I hope I understood the question correctly...
    Best regards

WARNING!!!! For those who (like me) have WORD STARTER 2010: It is impossible to create footnotes!!!!!!! Information found in the "help" app of Word Starter:

      "Footnotes and endnotes
      Creation not available"

      "Ribbon customizations
It is not possible to customize the Ribbon of Word Starter, but you can minimize and expand it by pressing Ctrl+F1"

You can only minimize the ribbon..... so this information is misleading for those who have Word Starter 2010.
