Hello I would like to convert a currently edited photo from PNG format to JPEG format, is that possible? Thank you for getting back to me as soon as possible...

Open your image with Paint or paint.net ----> save as ---> at the bottom there is ''type'' put JPEG and save no need for software....

Open the image with one of these programs and Save as… JPEG format. You just need to choose a compression rate (or quality). And that's it.
