How to convert a JPEG file to PDF?

      For your information, anything can be converted to PDF, it's not a typically JPG issue!
      The PDF format is just a virtual print. So, you just need to install software like PDF Creator, start the print and choose the "printer" PDF Creator. That’s one example, there are others. We can also, as Papiloulou61 mentioned, do this with online services.

      The best solution is the one from ChrisPF13, it also works with LibreOffice Draw: "Export as PDF"
