How to reset Samsung TV LE32S86BD

Hello everyone,

I need to reset my TV to factory settings due to a display issue.
It’s a Samsung LE32S86BD.
I can access the hidden menu using the following steps:
I turn off the TV, press info, menu, mute, and finally power.
The reset option is visible but I'm unable to click on it, although I can navigate through the other options just fine.

    No, it doesn't work ...
    But I found the solution for the reset. In fact, when you're on the option, you need to press "right arrow" and not ok.
